CANCELLATION POLICY At BrightFire we strive to give you the best service every visit! In return we ask that you help protecting our schedules by cancelling with as much notice as possible.
If you must cancel within24 hours, our booking service will charge 50% of your appointment. If you are unsure whether you will be able to keep your appointment or do not want to risk a cancellation fee, please feel free to join our waitlist for last minute appointments.
Credit card required to hold appointment. The credit card WILL NOT be charged except in the case of a no show. You will pay for your appointment after your treatment. If you'd like to pay ahead for someone else, you can buy a gift certificate online to be applied at the service, or contact us for an invoice to be paid before the service.
Show your ID from Tuolumne or Mariposa County for a $10 discount.
Text messages are the best way to communicate in mountain service. Voicemail and emails are checked at the beginning and end of the treatment day.
